  • From a total of 55 volunteers who took part in the trial, 15 people had one treatment and 40 people had two treatments.
  • The Average reduction in Ache and Pain after the first treatment was 34.8%.
  • The Average reduction in Ache and Pain after the second treatment was 39.3%.
  • The overall reduction in Ache and Pain after both treatments was 47.9%.
  • Only 2 people who used the system felt slightly worse after the first treatment, one of which returned to their original ache and pain level after a second treatment.
  • With two treatments a reduction of ache and pain levels of 75% or more was experienced by 12 people. Six of this same group reported to be totally free from ache and pain.

Summary:
The objective of this Equipment Trial was to demonstrate If the Therapy System has a positive effect on the Ache and pain levels typically experienced by FM sufferers.
We would have ideally liked to have involved more people in the Equipment Trial but the organisational logistics and expense to conduct the trial did not allow for this.
It is medically recognised that the application of Massage therapy has a cumulative effect.

The results from this Trial clearly demonstrate a very positive 47.9% reduction in ache and pain for the FM sufferer after just two treatments. We therefore consider it to be a reasonable assumption that when the Therapy System is used on a daily basis over a longer period of time that the resulting level of relief would be at least maintained, and that it is very probable that a further improvement in relief would be experienced. This is also reaffirmed by the many testimonials that we have received from FM sufferers that are existing customers.

They generally report that their initial reduction in pain levels are at least maintained, and in most cases a further improvement is experienced when the Therapy system is used twice a day for at least a month. This would indicate that further positive cumulative effects of Ache and pain levels are achieved by using the Therapy System on a regular basis.
The Cyclo-ssage Therapy System is obviously not a cure for FM but it will assist the FM sufferer to manage many of the secondary Symptoms of this disabling condition including reducing ache and pain levels.

The results of The Cyclo-ssage Equipment Trial clearly demonstrate that the Cyclo-ssage Therapy System can be successfully used by the vast majority of FM sufferers for ache and pain management often providing a viable alternative to prescribed medication.
